We need an extra resource for FHS 2013.
Your responsibilities will be varied, and you will be placed at the FHS office in Skanör, Sweden.

Job description: Within the job role, tasks will for example include wirting and updating our web and social media.
It will also include administration. Mainly what we are doing is to prepare and help people within our own organization, but also external companies, sponsors, visitors, riders, exhibitors etc with everything needed to prepare for the FHS 2013.

Qualifications: You need to know and be confident in working with the MS Office, be equally comfortable with PC and Mac, have excellent skills in Photoshop and what it takes to run and implement a Social Media strategy, We also look for someone being confident with regular database work.
You need to be fluent in English. You are positiv, have a lot of energy and know the national and international equestrian sport like your own back pocket.

The work will vary between 50 % – 100 %.
From the 1’st of March 2013 to 31st of July 2013.

The new concept for the Nations Cup was decided yesterday when the FEIs borad on the annual FEI meeting in Istanbul.
The new rules starts Jan 1st, 2013 and the new name for a 4-year period will be; Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup™.

The new rules means that the Nations Cup will be done in two divisions, and the teams from both divisions will meet in a final in the end of September.

The best 8 teams from 2012 year’s season will ride in division 1.
To ride division 2, the rest of the teams will qualify, division 2 will moreover run in various nations.
In Europe, six team from Division 1 and three teams from Division 2 will go to the finals in the end of September.

Sweden competes in division 2 next year, and Falsterbo Horse Show will still be one of the eight host venues.
In Falsterbo, Sweden will, just like previous years, start with one team i the competition.

Due to tradition, the annual soccer game took place as always; on Saturday night with a loud audience and packed VIP stands. The bets were set and expecttions high; Two teams, both making everything to win. After a fast and challenging game, it soon stood clear; it was the night of “Falsterbo Finest”. With 4-2 and with players as soccer champion Henke Larsson and Dedde Wannius, they were scoring gold in 2012’s annual game.

I dagens 150-hoppning på tid, Kopparbergs Trophy, visade sig till slut franska ryttarinnan Pénélope Leveprost, med Nice Stephanie, vara det snabbaste felfria ekipaget.
Pénélope Leveprost var mer än tre sekunder snabbare än andraplacerade Henrik von Eckermann, med Grace 319. Imponerande – inte minst med tanke på att det var hela 63 startande i klassen.

Övriga ryttare som fick rida ärevarv var Christina Liebherr, Schweiz, med LB Con Grazia; Martin Fuchs, Schweiz, med Conte Della Caccia; Jerome Hurel, Frankrike, med Premier De Falaise och Jeroen Dubbeldam, Nederländerna, med Bmc Utascha Sfn.

Kopparbergs Trophy var även en kvalklass för morgondagens Longines Falsterbo Grand Prix.

This year it was the starstruck Frenchman Olivier Robert, and his mount Belle Rock, who easily took the prestigious victory in JMS Falsterbo Derby. A fantastic performance of Olivier Robert and his very courageous mare that is just since five month in his stable.

The Falsterbo Derby course is a test of strength for both horse and rider. It is 1200 meters long and half of barriers consist of so-called natural barriers.
There were only two riders who manged to do a clear round. Besides Olivier Robert also managed Irishman Captain David O’Brien with Mo Chroi. The Frenchman won by riding over two seconds faster in the jump-off.

– I have a super horse, explains Olivier Robert happily. She has never done a derby before, but is perfect at everything.
