I am renting out my 1.5-storey villa in Skanör during Falsterbo Horse Show 2026. The house was built in 1969 and has 310 sqm of living space with large areas for social gatherings. The villa is located in a quiet and cozy area next to the city park and is also very central, within walking distance to all local services. It comfortably accommodates 8–10 people with 5 bedrooms. Ground floor (200 sqm). A large entrance hall with guest toilet. Wooden floors in most rooms. A large living room with sofas, fireplace and TV, with access to a spacious outdoor terrace. A large dining room with seating for 10–12 people and access to an additional enclosed winter garden. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area and all amenities, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 2 large bedrooms with king-size beds and storage. 1 bedroom with a 120 cm bed (with option to add a 90 cm bed) and storage. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower, double sinks and toilet. Second floor. 2 large bedrooms with two 90 cm beds in each. Bathroom with shower. Extra living area with sofas, TV and an extra bed if needed. There is a large private garden with a big south-facing terrace equipped with heaters, a pergola with lounge sofa and sun loungers. Weber charcoal grill. Bicycles available to borrow (4). Parking for 3 cars. Walking distances. ICA supermarket Skanör: 3 minutes. Sweden’s finest beach: 10 minutes. Falsterbo Horse Show (approx. 1.2 km): 20 minutes.

Falsterbo Horse Show’s campsite is located at the LV4 field, just a few hundred meters from the competition venue. Enter via Reuterswärds Väg and follow the signs.
