Falsterbo Horse Show and Longines have now signed a new five-year agreement to prolong their partnership<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The new agreement contributes to a continued positive establishment for the show. Falsterbo Horse Show is one of the highest ranked competitions in the world and Longines is one of the world\u2019s most famous brands for timepieces, together they are a mix that fit perfectly in Falsterbo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Longines is very proud and honoured to support again this year\u2019s Falsterbo Horse Show. Under the new agreement between Longines and the FEI (International Equestrian Federation) &#8211; which makes Longines a major player in equestrian sports &#8211; the brand has the pleasure to present the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup competition on Friday 12<sup>th<\/sup> July \u2013 the 12<sup>th<\/sup> stage of the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup events. Furthermore, Longines presents also this year\u2019s Longines Falsterbo Grand Prix, says Mr Walter von K\u00e4nel, President, Longines.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Longines\u2019 passion for equestrian sport dates back to 1878, when it produced a chronograph engraved with a jockey and his mount. In addition, the brand was involved for the first time as timekeeper in showjumping in 1926. Today Longines\u2019 involvement in equestrian sports includes besides show-jumping flat racing and endurance competitions.
