The house is located on Falsterbovägen in the center of Falsterbo, close to Falsterbo Horse Show (15 min walk), the beach (10-15 min walk), shops and resturants (2-10 min walk).
The house has a big livingroom and kitchen area (dinner table for 10 people) on 120 sq.m and with 6 meters in ceiling height. The house also has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with a single bed) one of the bedrooms also offers a sofa bed, so 9 sleeping places in total. Also 3 bathrooms, all of them have showers and one also offers a bathtub.
The outdoor area is completely private from the neighbours. The outdoor are also offers a big newly built pool with acess to a outdoor shower with hotwater. Also and outdoor-kitchen with a dinner table for 10 people and a lounge-area. Parking for up to 4-5 cars.

We also have a charging-station for an electric car, can be used accordnig to agreement. Cleaning can also be provided against an additional fee.
