Million dollar competition
Falsterbo Horse Show is the only equestrian event in Scandinavia with a prize pot exceeding the equivalent of one million dollars. A record SEK 6.5 million will be handed out at this year’s show between 2nd and 10th July.
Global stars of showjumping and dressage flock to Falsterbo every summer. This year, there are even more reasons to come. On offer is more than SEK 6.5 million, the highest prize sum in the event’s history. That is more than any other equestrian event in Scandinavia can offer. Falsterbo Horse Show is also the most lucrative sporting event in Skåne, with significantly higher prize money than the tennis at Båstad.
The reason for this is that Falsterbo Horse Show is a five-star event – the highest level an equestrian competition can achieve. We are constantly working to expand and improve the event programme. The high points – FEI Nations Cup™ Top League in showjumping, World Dressage Masters in dressage and Longines Grand Prix in showjumping – offer the largest prize totals.
“Falsterbo Horse Show is one of the leading sporting events in Scandinavia, with the highest prize sums,” says Jan-Olof Wannius, show director. At the top of the prize fund league is the Nordea Scandinavian Masters golf tournament
