Longines boost to Falsterbo Grand Prix
We continue to expand and develop. The main sponsor for the Grand Prix show jumping event – international timekeeping concern Longines – has extended its sponsorship agreement.
The sponsorship agreement is very important to us. The Grand Prix is the individual equestrian event in which most money is involved. Its financing has now been assured for the next three years.
“Of course this means a lot – both to the riders participating and to Swedish equestrianism,” says Jan-Olof Wannius, Show Director of the Falsterbo Horse Show.
For the Swiss-based multinational concern the choice of Falsterbo as a collaboration partner was an easy one to make.
“We are delighted over the extension of our partnership with the Falsterbo Horse Show. We are very proud to be involved in Sweden’s largest and most important equestrian event as its official timekeeper and as the titular sponsor for the Longines Falsterbo Grand Prix,” says Walter von Känel, President of Longines.
