William Funnel won the JMS Falsterbo Derby for the third time.
British William Funnel – Kanelle de la Baie and German Jörg Naeve- Coolidge were the only two clear-rounds in this year’s Derby. The jump-off and thereby the JMS Falsterbo Derby was won by William Funnel.
This was the third time that William Funnel started in and won the derby in Falsterbo. When asked to go to Falsterbo Horse Show he said it was three years too early, since it was exactly ten years between his two earlier winnings in Falsterbo, 1993 and 2003, this time it was only seven years since his last win.
